Anthropic announced on March 23, 2026 that Claude Code and Claude Cowork can now use your computer to accomplish tasks end-to-end. The update enables Claude to open files, use your web browser, run dev tools, and interact with applications. When a dedicated connector isn't available, Claude can still execute tasks directly. Users can deploy Claude Cowork on enterprise infrastructure and use Dispatch to orchestrate multi-step workflows.
